- In case you decide to cancel an order before the tutor starts working on it, then you will be charged with a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount on which you and we agreed. But, if you choose to cancel the order after the tutor has started working on your assignment, then the equivalent cost of the work done by the tutor on a pro-rata basis will be deducted with a 25% cancellation fee from the total order amount. This is the compensation fee for the tutor who already started working on your project and spent his time on it. In orders with 24 hours deadline, or orders with a remaining deadline time of 24 hours, can’t be canceled and no refund will be provided in such cases.
- We always try to assign the best writer for your assignment and the work to get completed within the deadline. But in a rare case where the writer is not available, we will do your next assignment of the same value free of cost.
- If in case you notice that you have been charged twice by mistake and you receive two receipts from the payment system, then kindly do not panic and immediately contact us. Send us both the receipts either through live chat or via the order page. You will get two options. Either you can get the money in your wallet, or you can get a full refund within 7-10 business working days.
- You need to make sure that you attach all the necessary details while filling up the order form. There can be cases where the order wouldn’t get delivered in the expected form as the information was not complete from the client’s end or the client isn’t available on chat for clarification of doubts. In such cases, the research lacks, and therefore a delay of assignments can also occur. But, it’s rare that we deliver late, as we have always been on time. If the query raised by the writer is not entertained within 24 hours, then the writer will complete the assignment as per his knowledge, and no rework will be done.
- It rarely happens that the client fails, but if such a situation occurs, then we will refund 50% of the total cost of the assignment in the client’s wallet. The duration to avail of this refund is as per the payment plan that the client had opted. Any request after this duration will not be entertained. We only provide 50% cashback is because we pay the tutors in advance and we are not liable to ask them to return that money to us. However, we make sure that we take strict actions against that writer and can even terminate that writer’s services. We shall take care of things properly, to avoid any such mistakes in the future. This refund is not applicable in cases where the student has obtained a 50% grade or grade below 50% which is not under the fail category.
- We provide 100% satisfaction to our clients by providing them with a free revision policy. We allow reworks until the time the customer is satisfied, and the paper is not ready as per the initial instructions or guidelines provided by the client. However, the condition applies that the revision is made as per the time period mentioned in the payment plan. No refunds are given in such cases.
- There is no such refund policy where we refund money after the client has used the services for a plagiarism resume, report, or pre-used assignment content or solutions.
